"Those feckin' ejits!"

date: April 8, 2008

After going to all the countries in the UK, Hitler decided to move to Ireland. Ireland, I know them very well for St. Patrick's Day, leprechauns, beer, the word feck and Father Ted, although that show isn't filmed in Ireland.

Here, Hitler is dressed up as a leprechaun. XD I do like that green suit of his and his beard. Also, no-one can deny the awesomeness of Hitler's Guinness Hat. :D Heh, I didn't notice the clover there until I looked at Hitler more carefully. I'm glad Hitler looked very festive for St. Patrick's Day, even if he came there at the wrong time. :P Overall, awesome flash! :D

Author's Response:

Father Ted was a popular 1990s television situation comedy set around the lives of three Irish Catholic priests on the remote (and fictional) Craggy Island off the west coast of Ireland. It ran for three series, totalling 25 episodes, between 21 April 1995 and 1 May 1998 on the UK's Channel 4. Father Ted was written by two Irish writers, Arthur Mathews and Graham Linehan, who also co-created Big Train. All of the interior scenes were shot at The London Studios, while all of the location footage was shot in Ireland.

The series was responsible for propelling a number of highly successful actors and comedians into the limelight, including Ardal O'Hanlon, Pauline McLynn, Graham Norton, Tommy Tiernan, Patrick McDonnell, Don Wycherley, Joe Rooney, Jason Byrne, Pat Shortt, Ed Byrne and Brendan Grace. Dermot Morgan, who played the title role, died in 1998, aged 45, from a heart attack he suffered during a celebratory party the day after filming the final episode.

"What? PHANPY is evolving!"

date: April 8, 2008

And Hitler's Phanpy evolved into Donphan, yay! Donphan, I remember him on Pokemon the First Movie when he was unfamiliar to everyone at the time. I guess that was the one reason why I wanted him to be in my silver team. Simply because I saw him then and thought he looked cool.

Anyway, for this episode, Donphan Hitler looks really strange. I mean, you put a tire on Hitler's face? lmfao. That was unexpected. :O And the music, yay, Alice Cooper. However, this is another song of his that I'm not familiar with. :( Oh well, one day, I'll get more albums of Alice Cooper's. Overall, I really liked this flash and I can't wait to see Porygon2 on tomorrow's episode! :D

"Another great flash!"

submission: Waterlollies
date: April 8, 2008

This is certainly another great addition to your Brackenwood series! Just like all the other Brackenwood flashes, the graphics and animation really amaze me and I still envy you for the effort you put into all of them. This is still the sort of thing I don't think I can ever achieve. Maybe I haven't really tried, but I'm just not a very patient person like you are.

This is certainly a very long flash and I don't recall the other ones being this long. However, with the amount of action that was put there and all the things Bitey did here, the length was very reasonable. As you said, there were new creatures featured here, which I thought were very good and creative. My only concern is little I know about them.

You've said about needing to do lots of work on the story and if you do go into greater depth of them, that will be even more impressive. This does make me look forward to seeing your upcoming flashes even more, because knowing more about these creatures would be great.

However, even without the depth of storyline, I still find these flashes enjoyable for the immense animation and graphics and the epicness of them, most especially this one. Perhaps the music here gave it more of a epic feel and that's brilliant. I'm really glad you gave credit the music composer was. By mentioning Nathan McCree who composed music for the earlier Tomb Raider games, considering how awesome his music was on the first game of that video game series, I knew the music on this flash had to be amazing and it certainly was. :D It fitted perfectly with the scenes here.

Overall, awesome flash! You've done an excellent work making this and I'm looking forward to your upcoming flashes, which I hope will tell us more about the Brackenwood creatures. :D

CenKorship Day!

"Happy belated Censorship Day!"

submission: CenKorship Day!
date: April 8, 2008

I know Censorship Day passed almost two months ago now, but there's still nothing wrong with reviewing this now. As they say, it's better late than never. So anyway, I liked how you made a flash for Censorship Day. I never asked anyone to make a flash for Censorship Day (well, I didn't promote the special day very well, so it's my fault for the little amount of Censorship Day flashes then), but since you made one anyway, I appreciate it. :)

This flash is short, but very enjoyable for me . I did like the drawing of Afro_Stud here and also liked him wanting to annoy me. I do wonder where I was when Afro_Stud paid you a visit. :)

Also, there's mandatory censorship here, which is great, but I do have one suggestion. When the swearings were censored, you should have had the voices on silent for when the beeps were played. I was able to hear the swearings even with the beep sound. Another thing, I would have liked to have seen subtitles here so I could understand what the last few lines said exactly, but eh, that's just my own opinion.

Overall, nice flash. I faved it (when I first found this flash, actually) and thank you very much for making this flash. :)

YoinK's Newgrounds

"You reviewed my My Newgrounds parody..."

submission: YoinK's Newgrounds
date: April 8, 2008

So it's only fair that I review your My Newgrounds parody in return. :) So for your My Newgrounds parody, I thought it was great. At the beginning, I did like how you were talking in a high pitched voice and of course, I knew that wasn't your actual voice. But then you did talk in your normal voice and added some acting to your voice.

Yes, when this was made, you were a level 47 Newgrounder (now you're level 48 :o) and the fact that you are still come to NG everyday impresses me. What I also liked on this flash was where you talked about when you first started coming here, your high voting power and those noobs asking you to vote 5. It's a good thing I'm not an arsehole who does that to you.

Just one minor thing, though. The loop sound sync that you've got on this flash. I can actually hear some noise from it and that happens to be the same loop sound sync that I had on my flashes ages ago. It's nothing too major, but personally, I think it would be better if the sound was silent or the sound clip actually played no sound at all. But besides that, this is an awesome flash! Nice work YoinK! :)

Heil's New Grounds

"What's your Fabgrounds?"

submission: Heil's New Grounds
date: April 8, 2008

Yeah, I had the similar thought as you regarding the My Newgrounds parodies. At first, I tried to not make a My NG flash of my own, but after seeing loads more of 'em, I ended up making one myself.

Anyway, for your My NG parody, I found it to be very humourous. I liked the animation clip that was used throughout the flash for lines like "Hello, my name is Heil" and such. I did like how the other animation clips were used here for "Hey Heil, you are a huge faggot. Stop making flash." and "No, fuck you". Those and your mentions about submitting audio and sharing your thoughts on the BBS had to be the best parts of this flash since they all made me laugh out loud.

Overall, very funny and I enjoyed it. :)

My New Grounds

"You started a little trend. :)"

submission: My New Grounds
date: April 8, 2008

When everyone else were making similar flashes, I had to check out what all this was all about. I have to admit, I was one of those people who jumped on the bandwagon by parodying this flash, but hey, I like it when people inspire me to make things and some things are too hard to resist. :)

So anyway, for this flash, this is mainly digital footage, but used in an interesting way. I did like how you drew pictures and animated them that went along with you acting on the footage. I also liked the sound effects that you added to go with the animation as well. Your voice acting here I thought was good too. :)

I thought this flash was humourous overall and I liked how it introduced yourself to whoever watched this flash such as myself. That introduction thing was the main thing that made me join in the My NG fun. So thanks for making this flash and starting off a little trend on this site and great work on making it. :)

"The Ireland that's part of the UK."

date: April 8, 2008

Due to my huge lack of interest in wars and politics, I know very little about the problems in Northern Ireland. Maybe it's to do with the fact that it's part of the UK and Republic of Ireland isn't? :S I've not been Northern Island before, but maybe I won't want to go there just yet if there's still problems.

Anyway, for Hitler here, he's holding a machine gun, which reminded me about Northern Ireland's problems over there that I'm not too aware about. However, the background here doesn't look like some battlefield, or perhaps it is. :o Overall, good flash, despite my lack of knowledge on Northern Ireland.

"Yay, Scotland!"

date: April 8, 2008

I've been to Scotland before, but only ONCE. The other times I've been away from home, I've gone to the Lake District, which is very close to Scotland, but not exactly there. I wouldn't mind visiting Scotland again sometime, however.

So Hitler here, lol, he's wearing a kilt, but that's a Scottish stereotype. He's also wearing a Scottish hat and what's that thing in between his arm and his body? I hope that's a bagpipe, because that's mandatory for stereotyping Scotland. Also, what's that big log doing there? Is this anything to do with fucking things like with Wales and sheep? XD

Overall, good flash. :)

-Bahamut

April 22, 2008

Author's Response:

I'm sure it was a bagpipe. I can't see myself not having included one.

The log is caber and is there because caber tossing is a traditional Scottish athletic event.

"LOL Sheep fucker!"

date: April 8, 2008

After visiting England, Hitler turned to the right direction on his eighth day by going to Wales. Wales is a place that is only 15 minutes away from where I am...North Wales, that is. Me and my family go to Wales once or twice a year just to go out somewhere, although we don't see any sheeps being fucked. :p Another thing about Wales, the flag is awesome simply because it has a dragon on it! :D

LOL at Hitler here. It appears he's fucking a toy sheep. o__O Oh well, at least it didn't look like a real one at all. Overall, I really enjoyed this flash! :D
